“Intercambio helps us improve communication at our restaurant. We are proud of our employees who register with Intercambio and encourage them to attend English classes. When our employees demonstrate an ability to communicate better in English, opportunities open up.

For employees who have a strong work ethic and are able to speak English there are lots of opportunities within the company that become available to those individuals.

Action items are not getting lost in the cracks because communication is improved. For example, if someone accidentally punches‐in incorrectly, a conversation in English can rectify that situation much more easily.”
