Development Powerhouse Joins the Team

Intercambio is excited to welcome Donald DeAngelis to our growing staff. Donald joins our Executive Team as the Director of Development, overseeing fundraising and assisting in leading our staff as we continue to build skills, confidence, and life-changing connections.

A Colorado native, Donald brings experience in development leadership roles from various nonprofits and as a Peace Corps volunteer in Panama. He has worked for different non-governmental organizations throughout Latin America and is excited to use his extensive education, experience, and passion to help build strong and well-connected communities.

Donald is bilingual and holds a master’s degree in Philanthropic Leadership from the University of Denver. He currently serves as the chair of a Colorado-based LGBTQ+ nonprofit and is involved in various community engagement committees.
