Making English Classes Accessible Nationwide

When CC English launched in 2021 as an effort to provide private, high-quality English classes online, we never anticipated the learning opportunities it would provide to Intercambio.  

Now in its second year, CC English currently serves over 150 participants on its newest platform. “We are encouraged by the updates we have been able to make based on participant feedback,” says Jon Dejeas, CC English Manager. “Our program is more accessible than ever!” But there is still more work to do. 

More than ever, Intercambio is receiving requests to help large groups of refugee families, primarily arriving from Afghanistan. Currently, we have 60 students waiting to be matched with a volunteer teacher like you, and the list keeps growing.
