The link below, shared by one of our newest volunteers Simone, is a great tool for people learning both English and Spanish. A video graphic pops up for each sound allowing students to see which mouth formations lead to which sounds.
Simone used the videos with students in Chile to break down the most complicated sounds of English.
“I would take notes on which sounds were the hardest for them to produce and then go to the website and show them how we make the sounds in our mouths. We would practice the sounds in various words and it was a really helpful tool! I hope it helps some of your students with the difficult sounds in our crazy language!”
