You can expect to receive you products within 2 weeks of date of purchase. If you have not received your products after 2 weeks, please contact us.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Resources to Uniting Communities within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Contact us and we will guide you through the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Calculating Your Refund – Partial Refunds/Restocking Fees
- Any unopened items in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item’s price.
- Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item’s price.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged: up to 50% of item’s price
If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, Resources to Unite Communities will not cover the return shipping costs for the item.
Receiving a Refund
We’ll request a refund after you contact us. This time period includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Refunds are Issued by product credit or check.
Resources to Unite Communities may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return. You will be notified by if we do not require that you mail your item back for a refund
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to receive a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us to return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns.
