Some of the traits that make a good employee are culturally specific. This makes it important for teachers to help our students understand positive employee traits in the US. Bring these ideas into your classroom. Talk about them. Are the traits similar to positive traits in your student’s native country? What are positive employee traits there? Which traits does your student feel he/she has?
